Sonic Foundry Announces Dates for its 2018 Second Quarter Earnings Call and Annual Shareholders Meeting

Company to release financial results during live webcast on Tuesday, May 15, followed by shareholders meeting on Thursday, May 17

MADISON, Wis. — May 08, 2018 — Sonic Foundry, Inc. (NASDAQ: SOFO), the trusted global leader for video creation and management solutions, today announced it will release results of its fiscal year 2018 second quarter, which ended March 31, 2018, on Tuesday, May 15 after the close of the market, followed by its annual shareholders meeting on Thursday, May 17.

The company will host a corporate webcast for analysts and investors at 4:30 p.m. ET on May 15 discussing quarter results. Attendees can view the webcast either live or on demand via Mediasite. To access the webcast, please register at www.sonicfoundry.com/earnings on or before May 15, 2018. Viewers can participate in a Q&A session immediately following management’s prepared remarks.

The shareholders meeting at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison, Wis. will begin at 9 a.m. CT / 10 a.m. ET on May 17 and will also be streamed via Mediasite.
